Happiness to the end user

Customized for best performance with right software packages
This needs to be determined by the user of the system

Overload leading to an inevitable system crash
Expectations of the user to deliver more with limitations

Abuses hurled and frustration at its peak when there are problems
Where is the patience that is needed from the end user

The new age of Green IT forcing optimized usage of systems
Users giving that minimal rest for the system to be up and running the following day

There is no difference between the lifeless world and the world supposedly buzzing with life.
Its all the same and we are all machines :).

SPRINT to MARATHON

This is the STRATEGIC THEME for the next few years and certainly provided some fantastic exposure and learning. The opportunity to coordinate many of the activities and interact with the masterminds of the organization was a blessing in disguise.

Looking back at the sprint in life its time i get into the marathon mode too. The terrain that i run on requires some strategy, patience, thoughts and stamina to last the distance. The importance of keeping a watchful eye and a level head which will have to be driven by will power is of utmost importance to seeing the finish line or i will be finished before all of it. At the same time its my duty to support others too in finishing the marathon as the more that finish will benefit the future.

Lets run the distance now are you all with me?

FIGHT your BATTLE

One constantly has to fight various battles
Battles will have to be fought alone
Some with an alliance

Emerge victorious in others

Losses are hard to count and would be avoided
Victory will be unexplainable and can only be felt

The truth is around you itself if you are of a different opinion. I ain't being pessimistic but being more realistic about what the world really is.

On that note one of my most beautiful days in London will never be forgotten as it certainly is the first snow fall that i have witnessed

People

Probably the most complicated creatures on this planet. Certainly there is beauty in all this complications. Everyone exhibits a mixture of characteristics and exploring this is what draws you towards them or may make you walk away. Positives and Negatives in each individual are very subjective but it makes it interesting to see what others understand of you and sometimes may help you in self realization.

Exposure to the world that i have experienced there can be a very broad classification of individuals to fit into one or more of the following categories

INFLUENCERS - probably the most charismatic individuals.
DICTATORS - they are the know all of the world.
PESSIMISTS - they carry all the world s troubles in the world when there aren't any
ACHIEVER - they are the ones without a voice at the end of the day

There are definitely other ways of categorizing individuals but i have done this in the perspective of leadership qualities only.

The dictators show their authority on the individuals who could do a good job of influencing the surroundings but there are always the pessimists who would bury whatever was being tried to influenced. The onus then is bestowed on the achievers whether they like it or not, probably thrust upon them by the first two categories and could take it upon themselves because of the third category cause at the end of the day someone has to do it. Are they ever looked as leaders? I really doubt it. To my eyes they are the ones making the real change.

Cloud Burst

The sky was filled with a sense of calm and brought in the much desired peace and joy everyone looked for. The day was fantastic for a nice holiday and just as that began there seems to be a cloud burst bringing all the party to a spoil. The party dampener brought a division of the holidaying group to scamper for shelter. As it continues to weather the wits out of everyone there is the onlooking for the calmness to return. Its a strong storm seems like its gonna take a while before it settles.

This is i guess is because of all the factors that aid global warming :)

People live life to the fullest and be Positive in your approach to whatever you encounter. Everyone has problems so just face it. This is my message from this video to all of you and you may shed a few tears but this has to be your learning from it.

ARSENAL

Finally a dream fulfilled. A game at the Emirates Stadium to watch the boys in action. The wait for this day has been a long time coming. As i walked through the gates of the stadium there was this feeling of being ecstatic that took control of me. There was half hour more for the game to kick off against our boogie team Bolton Wanderers. It could have been one of the coldest days in London but that wasn't a dampener for the joyous feeling. I was on row 6 and seat 728 in the green turnstile not far away from the away section. The got underway at 3 pm sharp with the Arsenal team shooting to the side i was sitting at. The first half display was quite boring to be honest with not many chances created and the away team parking a bus in front of the goal post.

Shouting out each player's sir name as their names were called out
Exchange of slurs between each group of supporters
The singing and cheers
Stand up if your an arsenal supporter haha (this was to make the away team sit in their seats)

This was my entertainment in the first half. At half time i was cold and every step i took was painful but that was pointless when i saw a more spirited display in the second half and after umpteen chances and misses the very own Bendtner struck one in to bring the stadium to their feet and breathe a sigh of relief.

The experience was fantastic. I wish to go for more and hopefully with more company in the future because it certainly is a joy to watch and an experience in its own being at another HOME.

The first Arsenal team that i witnessed was as follows

Almunia, Clichy, Djourou, Toure, Sagna, Nasri, Denilson, Diaby, Eboue, Van Persie, Adebayor.

Subs: Bendtner, Vela, Bischoff, Fabianski, Wilshere, Gibbs

Certainly more games should be on the cards soon. The Arsenal better known as the gunners certainly gunned me down with joy :). Oh yes and when the game was over i was frozen that was the sad part of it all but it couldn't over shadow the fulfillment.

POSITIVITY

Always been my outlook to life

Positivity = Hope

Hope = Despair

Despair = Pain

Pain = Positivity

Wheel towards being positive but one has to balance this with a balance of being practical or it will destroy you and that is for sure.

London Silenced

For the past few days i have been having this feeling of something isn't right here
A look around my daily life
There seems to be a much lesser crowd on the tubes during peak hours
Where is the buzz of london?
The weather has dropped drastically adding more gloom to a city that has already been hit hard
It has become too quiet to be the city of London and that's what has gone a begging
I wonder what more is in store
Only time will tell if more and more dreams are fulfilled or will you hear more shattering noises.

2009

This year will definitely be looked at or hoped as the year of change. Is that gonna happen only time will tell. Changes are bound to take place is that going to happen for the better? Well i hope so at the least.

I was hoping for innumerable changes this year and by the look of it one of my hope is being fulfilled. I walk into office today and the feeling of responsibility is giving me that feel good factor. So many things lined up over the next couple of weeks and hopefully these are fulfilled to all expectations.

I hope this year is what everyone want it to be and more so i contribute to that hope.
